Project : Calibration of Human Resource Management System.
Organization : Konark Institute of Science and Technology.
Duration : 3 months.
DESCRIPTION:
The role of HR persons within an organization is to look after the human resources. To make the task of HR people easier Human Resource Management System has been developed. It is divided into four basic modules, based on the type of user accessing the system, namely hr, admin, employee and candidate. This Project is based on MVC web architecture. Different Java technologies like jsp, servlet, struts, ajax, hibernate were used as front-end and Oracle 10g was used as the back-end.
